This essentially involves being compassionate and helpful to my team while also taking into account the requirements of both the landlord and the tenant. Developing relationships enables me to create situations where everyone wins. Knowing that my efforts are appreciated by others and receiving such amazing feedback that motivates me to work harder. I don't shy away from anything that seems difficult; I just go ahead and do it. My passion for Sydney's people and properties stems from my love of the city."
My story
As a child, Grace was fascinated by how her parents managed their investment properties in China. Their hands-on approach is what underpins Grace’s values when it comes to her strong track record of delivering a positive experience to property investors and tenants alike. Throughout her time in Australia as a student, she innately began to take care of her relatives' investment properties here in Sydney. This sparked a passion for supporting others with their real estate. The encounter inspired her to pursue a full Real Estate License. Grace has now been working in the real estate industry for 8 years and has evolved from a Senior to a Principal. Grace is the Founder of the Grace Property.
