Offshore Personnel and Overseas Data Storage
Grace Property may engage administrative, customer service, property management,
marketing, and support personnel located overseas, including in the Philippines and Vietnam.
These personnel may access personal information only where necessary to perform services
on behalf of Grace Property and are subject to strict confidentiality and privacy obligations.
We also use cloud-based software and technology providers, including Google Workspace,
LockedOn AI, and other business systems. As a result, personal information may be stored,
processed, or backed up on secure servers located outside Australia, including in the United
States and other countries where these service providers operate.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas personnel and service providers handle
personal information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Access and Correction
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting
us.
If you do not wish to receive follow-up communications regarding this property or similar
properties, please advise our representative before leaving the inspection.
