Please note this form is for initial non-urgent repairs and maintenance requests only.

Urgent Repairs

The following are considered urgent repairs:

  • burst water service or a serious water service leak

  • serious roof leak

  • gas leak

  • dangerous electrical fault

  • flooding or serious flood damage

  • failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises

  • failure or breakdown of the hot water service

  • fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure

Please note that if the repair is not deemed urgent, you will be charged the after-hours call-out fee.
